The Village of Lakeview Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for a Variance application, Thursday December. 12, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Village of Lakeview Fire Department Building, located at 540 CR 270, Lakeview, OH 43331. Larry Depasquale is requesting a variance to place a storage container, to use as an accessory building, without having a residence on that parcel 47-017-18-06-002-000 which is located at 135 Jerviss St., Lakeview, OH 43331.
