The Village of Lakeview Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for a Variance application, Monday, October 19, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the Village of Lakeview Fire Building, located at 540 CR 270, Lakeview, OH 43331. Matthew Langenkamp is requesting a variance to allow them to have an accessory structure with a deck and roof for seasonal use and storage of their recreational vehicle on vacant parcel, 47-017-14-06-004-000 located at N. Oak St., in Lakeview, OH 43331, which is zoned R-3, a high-density residential district.
